What is my order status?

Is this site secure?

Yes! When checking out of your shopping cart, we use a Secure Socket Layer form to ensure your security and privacy. Please read our following security guarantee:

We guarantee your credit card number cannot be accessed, stolen or intercepted off of our website, server or database. How can we guarantee this? Because your credit card is not kept on our server, in our database, or on our website. You can't steal what isn't there!

In the almost impossible event that unauthorized use of your credit card occurs and can be attributed to theft off our website, follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card provider and contact us immediately. Most credit card companies cover all charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card or may limit your liability to $50.00 US - the maximum liability allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. For additional information on the Fair Credit Billing Act, contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection or visit the Federal Trade Commission web site at www.ftc.gov.

If your credit card company holds you liable for unauthorized charges made as a result of your credit card purchase from any iMAGNAN Corp. website while using our secure server, we will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to the maximum of $100.00 US. - Double what other companies offer!

Our Technology

Our ordering system is a combination of our secure server platform and InternetSecure's system. It incorporates the following features:

1. Secure Web Server
   InternetSecure employs redundant Servers using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for the secure exchange of data between your customers and the InternetSecure system. The system supports both 40bit and 128bit SSL encryption on virtually all browsers.
2. Firewall
   The InternetSecure transaction system resides behind a dedicated Firewall running on redundant servers. This protects the InternetSecure transaction system and the data passing through.
3. InternetSecure's Risk Management System
   The InternetSecure transaction system provides many other elements of security and risk management as part of basic service including protection against fraudulent credit card number generators, 'Web Page Hacking' to alter prices, redundant accidental transactions, and much, much more.
4. No Transmitted Credit Card Numbers
   Only InternetSecure receives credit card information; it is not stored on any of our servers. This removes your concerns regarding the security of credit card numbers after the transaction.
5. Private Processing Network
   Once InternetSecure receives all required information for your order; the transaction is processed with the banks over private digital lines, not back out over the Internet.

Our methods combine the best of traditional electronic transaction security, the most sophisticated TCP/IP network and Internet web security, and a customized extended security and risk management suite built on our experience. Shipping Info?

In the USA any order over $50 qualifies for free shipping. Any order under $50 is subject to a small $3.95 s&h charge within the continental USA. In Canada, s&h is $5.95 for any size order, free shipping over $75 worth of purchases. International shipping is $17 and we will not be held responsible for any Customs duties

  

We ship United Parcel Service. The package is insured and is trackable using our integrated online tracking system on our website. An express courier upgrade option is offered (when available) for an extra fee.

Shipping times are:

7 business days - California

5-6 business days for western states and some midwestern states

4-5 business days for central north and south states

3-5 business days for eastern and southeastern states

Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
