Graphtec Printers

Established in 1940, Graphtec was originally formed to specialize in the manufacturing of analog recording instruments.  With the growth of computing in the 1960’s, Graphtec bean producing a wide range of other computer components, including thermal printers, thermal-transfer printers, and inkjet printers. 

 

This printer combines thermal inkjet printing technology with the cutting plotters.  The end result is a printer that offers printing and cutting, or both.  It produces high-quality images that are of high quality when it functions as an inkjet printer.  When functioning like a cutter, this printer functions like a high-end sign cutter.  It performs at an incredibly high level for a hybrid printer.  It also offers contour-cuts imaged artwork for production of stickers, decals, sign, and other displays.  Its eight print heads can be configured with two groups of CYMK inks.  A bi-directional media take-up is also available on this machine if you’re looking for unattended long –run printing jobs.

 

This is an advanced inkjet printer that is actually suitable for many different market applications.  It is extremely versatile and at the same time, incredible user-friendly.  It produces high quality output at an excellent rate of speed.  It’s available in two sizes, 24” and 36”, and features resolution of 600X1200 dpi.  The end result is an easy to use printer that produces sharply detailed printouts.  It is an excellent printer for graphic artists and other photo-lab-type professionals.  This printer features a wide print head, and increased number of nozzles, micro-sized ink droplets, and six color capabilities.
