Secure printing means you can only access print jobs via password at the actual device.  Security concerns are extremely important when it comes to printing confidential documents.  Kyocera network printers and MFPs provide several stand features such as Private Print and Job Storage, making documents on shared printers protected by personal access codes.  Its Equitrac secure print release keeps printer jobs on hold at am accounting server until the user swipes a card at PageCounter.  By protecting centrally at the sever, much more control is given to administrators.

 

This printer driver supports Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.  All pdls are included within this driver so users only need to select the PDF from the driver settings.  All Kyocera Mita printers feature this driver, which features a friendly GUI interfaced, complete print control over the driver from the desktop, and electric job storage capabilities.

 

The direct print feature enables users to transfer pdf files directly to a printer without a printer driver.  Some of the features in PDF direct printing include secured prints, document delivery, quick and easy operation, printer e-mail attachments, and easy output from ScanSoft’s PaperPort.

This is a small workgroup, monochrome laser printer it can reach speeds of 19 ppm with fast 1200 dpi resolution.  It comes with a 500 sheet paper drawer and 100-sheet multi-purpose tray.  This laser printer produces at 19 ppm with a max on monthly duty cycle of 65,000.
