Sato Printers

Established in 1940, SATO manufactures thermal barcode printers, OEM print engines, and thermal transfer ribbons.  It originally produced hand held labelers and packaging machines, but later cam to produce high quality industrial printers to meet the growing demand. 

 

This is a high-speed industrial RFID printer that is ideal for product authentification baggage tagging, asset tracking, warehouse logics, and more.  It supports ISO, EPC, I-Code, Tag-It and EM-Marim standards.  RFID formats include UHF, 13.56 Mhz, worldwide band support, and upgrade capability.  These printers can read, write, and print labels and tags with embedded RFID transponders,  All RFID tags are read, written m and even verified from within the printer before they are actually printed.

This printer can create labels that are a full 10.5” wide.  It motors along at speeds of 5 inches per second with 305 dpi resolution.  It has a heavy duty, durable construction and comes standard with 22 MB RAM. 

 

SATO OEM print engines are designed to be used in automatic printer/apply systems.  They are available through OEM manufacturers of print systems, and offer heavy-duty, reliable performance. 

 

This printer contains a Windows driver which allows the creation of labels using any Windows-based program.  It uses an ultra-high speed processor to produce labels at high speeds.  Achieve 305 dpi resolution with this printer, which features a 4.1” print area.  It has plug-in interfaces modules which allow for IEEE 1284 parallel and standard connectivity.
