COST: $250 The Epson 1000 ICS Inkjet Printer is only a mediocre machine. This printer is large, noisy, and jams often. It does not come with Photoshop, is not MAC compatible, and will only work with Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. On the bright side, as a multi-function printer it is versatile and easy to use, and has features like borderless photo printing as well as a copy mode that doesn’t require a computer. The Epson 1000 ICS Inkjet Printer has a maximum resolution of 2880 x 720 DPI, prints black-and-white text at 8 pages per minute, and color printing at 6 pages per minute. There’s little to gush over with this printer, but it should be a functioning machine.
