COST: $100 The Epson Stylus Photo 875DC Inkjet Printer is an exceptional grade-A quality printer for your photo printing needs. Note however, that this printer was designed primarily for photo printing, and if you have black-and-white text printing needs, you should purchase a separate printer just for that. The reasoning behind this is that ink cartridges run fast on a photo printer, and can you set you back some good money buying replacements, so you wouldn’t want to waste its valuable ink on plain black and white text printing. That said, here’s what you’ll get with the Epson Stylus Photo 875DC Inkjet Printer: it’s quiet, is connected through USB, and comes with 6 color cartridges. This printer was designed for use with digital cameras (hence the DC in its name), and it comes with an integrated memory card reader for CompactFlash cards. One more thing to keep in mind: you’ll need to use Epson’s line of heavyweight matte photo paper for this printer to maximize its color photo quality.
