COST: $150 There’s a lot to like about the HP DeskJet 940c Inkjet Printer. The basic three of any printer – its price, speed, and of course, quality, all score high points on this model. This printer can reach a maximum resolution of 2400 x 1200 DPI, is quiet, and has optional availability for duplexing. Its ink cartridges are easy to replace, and it will print on many types of media. Another great feature is this printer’s cancel button, which will simply and easily cancel a printing job, hassle-free, at the touch of its button. The one thing to keep in mind is that the HP DeskJet 940c Inkjet Printer was not designed for heavy duty printing, so for any large scale business, or for any individual who requires a heftier work horse for their printing needs, will probably be dissatisfied with this model. Otherwise, this printer should be fine.
