The Lexmark X6170 Thermal Inkjet Printer comes with terrific additional software that allows you to customize your printing settings, both from your computer or from the printer. This printer monitors the ink level of its printer cartridges, reaches a maximum resolution of 1200 x 4800 DPI, and comes with Lexmark’s Photo Editor Software. Printing black and white text at a speed of 19 pages per minute, and color documents at a speed of 15 pages per minute, the Lexmark X6170 Thermal Inkjet Printer also copies at a speed of 16 pages per minute, and faxes at a speed of 33.6 kbps. Compact and quiet, this printer’s copy mode can reduce a document up to 25% or enlarge it up to 400%, and comes with flatbed scanning at a resolution of 1200 x 4800 DPI (19200 DPI interpolated). Paper jams should not be a problem, and the ink cartridges should last a long while, too.
